Matt Dierksheide of Devon Partners is selling his newest
creation -- a stunning, upper-brackets home in the affluent
Bellaire suburb of Houston. He needed a web site to communicate
information about the house, including numerous interior and
exterior photos as well as general information and special
features, to entice buyers to come to the open houses. The
site was launched in March 2001 and had a stady stream of
potential buyers, cumulating in a successful house sale in
August 2001.
