Origination Pro™ is a site dedicated to bringing "Power Tools to Mortgage Professionals" via productivity software, a newsletter marketing system, web site services, coaching/consulting services and an online store. Dave Hershman, owner of OriginationPro, has written six books, including two best sellers for the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He is a columnist for The Mortgage Press and delivered speeches to thousands of loan officers, managers and operations personnel. And he doesn’t just theorize. Elastic Interactive provided Origination Pro and the Hershman Group with a web site that reflects the importance and usefulness of the numerous mortgage originator tools. The site includes several email newsletter campaigns, downloadable software, many free informational pdf files, and an online store and shopping cart with real-time credit card checking. The site was launched March 1, 2001 and has seen an impressive amount of traffic, with the first order received within 24 hours (!) of the store launch. An alliance partner program has been successfully launched, as well as customer surveys, an audio file streaming download, and a new Mortgage School registration.
