Webversa is a leading provider of voice and multi-modal integration
software. The Webversa integration platform provides customers
to the ability to achieve a quantifiable ROI by extending
business processes, enterprise and legacy applications, database
accessibility and workflows to any communications device (e.g.
telephone, PDA, PC, pager, WAP phone, etc.) As a startup company,
Webversa needed a specific process and system to manage and
analyze their prospective client base and beta testers. Elastic
Interactive created a custom CRM system for WebVersa in MS
Access, as their existing GoldMine application did not fit
their complicated and intricate data needs.
