USLaw utilizes Maximizer as their telemarketing and customer
service CRM software. Maximizer had limited canned management,
pipeline, and call activity reports, and it's ReportSmith
side product was too unwieldy for reporting. Elastic Interactive
determined the schema of the Maximizer database and created
an Access (SQL and Visual Basic coded) front-end system for
this reporting, AND for importing leads into the Maximizer
database. The system handles information from the 19,000 record
Maximizer system in split seconds. The lead data management
and call activity monitoring helped the telemarketing department
to be the most successful sales department in the company.
